WHAT IS THE PROCESS?
Contact our Director of Fitness & Personal Training for an initial consultation. You will be asked about your goals, and your likes and dislikes. Your personal trainer will recommend a program designed specifically for you. Every time you work out, your trainer will be with you to correct errors, applaud your success, and generally enhance your fitness program.

HOW OFTEN WILL YOU MEET?
You will meet with your Personal Trainer more often initially to make sure your get started on the right foot. As you become more comfortable with your new routine, the meetings may be less frequent. Sessions will be customized to suit your busy schedule, on the many advantages to personal training.
