Let’s pedal through hill climbs, sprints, and many other challenging drills and exercises to the beat of hip music. This is an indoor cycling class set to exciting music tracks and choreographed to provide an excellent workout and improve cardiovascular conditioning.
BOOTCAMP
Our boot camp class is a type of group exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenic and bodyweight exercises with interval training and strength training. With a new workout every week, these classes are designed to push you harder than ever before! Join us and push your limits!
JIU-JITSU
This class focuses on learning and applying the fundamental techniques of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. You will practice various techniques using a traditional Gi, also known as a kimono. Join us and practice submissions, escapes, positioning, and self-defense.
